quick and easy


4 Tilapia fillets
1 tablespoon Butter
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Parsley
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne

Original recipe makes 4



1. Rinse and pat dry tilapia fillets

2. Combine all seasonings and evenly sprinkle both sides of fillets

3. Pre heat 12 inch skillet over med high heat. Add butter

4. When foaming subsides place filletts in pan and saute 2-3 minutes per side

Liked it very much. However, I added a splash of lime juice at the end and I think that really added to it.
