Pasta dish
Cut onion and garlic and start to lightly fry in sauce pan add the Lloyd sauce and the peppers
Meanwhile start pooling pasta in the chicken stock
After a few mind add the mushrooms to the sauce allow to simmer for a while
When pasta is done drain and add to a Pyrex dish then add the sauce
Now start frying the chicken in the sauce pan warmed sauce in this will help flavour the chicken ( can be done while pasta is still boiling ( sauce can go into Pyrex first )
When all cooked put in to dish adding some grated cheese and stir halfway through them. Top with more cheese and put in oven for 20 mins to bake
Serve with salad and garlic bread
