This is an amazing version of cabbage rolls. If you don't like spicy food then substitute the diced tomatoes with green chillies for regular diced tomatoes. If you love spicy food then add a can of diced chillies!
Preheat oven to 350 degree's
Cook the 6 slices of bacon and set aside.
Filling - combine the beef, cooked bacon, onion, garlic, red pepper, carrot, dill, egg, rice, salt, pepper, can of diced tomatoes with green chilies (saving the juice from the tomatoes and chillies for topping).
Cabbage - remove the core and steam the cabbage in lightly salted water. Then remove the leaves and set aside.
Place 1/4 cup of the filling in each cabbage leaf, roll up and then place in a baking dish.
Topping - cover the rolls with the condensed tomato soup and the reserved tomato juice
Cooking - Cover and cook at 350 degree's for 1 hour, then uncover and cook for another 30 minutes
Garnish - +/- sour cream or cheese
