A spicy cheesy corn dish. Could be just as good in non-spicy form by omitting the peppers.
Note: this is enough for a party or pot-luck dinner (fills a 2.5L Pyrex mixing bowl). For a normal dinner, cut the recipe in half.
Prepare in a pot over medium to medium low heat
1) Add corn, cream corn, and butter and heat through
2) Add the cream cheese, jalepenos, and bacon (optional)
3) Cook on low to medium until cheese melted.
4) Add cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to taste
5) Cook on medium to medium low until everything is melted well together into a nice creamy corn mix. Then eat
