Top-ranked recipe named "Spicy Garlic Rosemary Shrimp & Pasta"
Super quick, easy and delicious
"I loved the spice of the red pepper flakes mixed with the sweetness of the olive oil dressing for the pasta. I added a little more red pepper than suggested, since I love spicy food... It was so spicy that I cried like a little girl. Definitely stick with the 1/2 tsp. I liked that it was really quick. The part that took the longest was waiting for the pasta to boil."- tinhawk
Boil pasta per package directions to al dente. While it is cooking, prepare shrimp.
Heat a large skillet over moderate heat, then add olive oil and garlic and cook briefly, until golden. Add shrimp, then sprinkle with rosemary and pepper flakes. Cook, stirring, until just cooked through, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
When pasta is ready, drain and immediately spray lightly but evenly with olive oil cooking spray, tossing to coat. Portion into dishes and top with shrimp. Squeeze lemon juice over top and serve.

Anne2014 7 months agoThe combo of garlic, rosemary, and lemon was very good. I also added shallots. Instead of pasta I served it over spaghetti squash.

fontenot_tiffany_ann 10 months agoI made it tonight. It was good, but to dry. A suggestive sauce would be good!
SigP938 1 year agoJust made this for dinner. It was very good. I drizzled some olive oil that I had infused with hot peppers over the hot pasta before adding the shrimp. My husband really enjoyed this. I also used whole wheat pasta. Will make again

pouncer1030 1 year agoThis recipe was very good and filling. I used wheat noodles and instead of just sprinkling the rosemary on it I actually cooked it with the garlic before I put the shrimp in. Also I put half the lemon juice on the shrimp in the pan and half on the noodles
