Ready in 20 minutes
Super quick, easy and delicious
Boil pasta per package directions to al dente. While it is cooking, prepare shrimp.
Heat a large skillet over moderate heat, then add olive oil and garlic and cook briefly, until golden. Add shrimp, then sprinkle with rosemary and pepper flakes. Cook, stirring, until just cooked through, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
When pasta is ready, drain and immediately spray lightly but evenly with olive oil cooking spray, tossing to coat. Portion into dishes and top with shrimp. Squeeze lemon juice over top and serve.
shannelmullan 1m agoSo yummy! I used spicy mrs dash instead of red pepper flakes for a little extra kick, and saved some of the pasta water to avoid the noodles from drying out.

ladijas 1y agoThis turned out pretty bland for me. I had to add a bit of Alfredo sauce to punch it up. Next time I will follow instructions to use fresh rosemary. My dried herbs gave it a hard grassy texture
doralizicska 1y agoI made it tonight. Added some lime and chilli and some smoked salt. Perfect! :)

akrod 1y agoI don't know what I did wrong. The flavors are nice, but my pasta was bland and dry. I used fettuccine. Maybe that was the problem.
babyblue23 1y agoIt was very good .instead of me using salt and pepper I use Cajun seasoning and it was very good. All my husband could say "why couldn't you had gotten more shrimp"?! I loved this recipe and I would cook it again..Thanks
