Ready in 45 minutes
This recipe was inspired by the recipe at www.OwensInc.com. They are great for parties and snacking.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray two cookie sheets with non-stick cooking spray. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with your hands. Form into 1 inch balls and place them on baking sheets leaving some space between them so you can turn them over. Bake 15 minutes and then turn them over. Bake an additional 15 minutes and transfer to serving dish. If you have leftovers, they are good reheated in the microwave.

Masterharper2 3y agoA tasty treat, fairly easy to make. Keep a close eye because they are easy to burn.
liambouchier 3y agoGreat recipe, which and easy to make.
Huntheat 3y agoVery tasty and easy to make. I also had to use more liquid to get them to the right consistency, I ended up doubling it. Next time I make them I'll cut down a bit on the cook time, they were a bit overdone.
Em4ev 4y agoThese were easy to make and really tasty!!
Em4ev 4y agoThey didn't look so good... But they were delicious!!!! Even good re-heated in the microwave.
Haileyy525 4y agoThey went at my Christmas party in 5 minutes ! I loved them I used both pepper jack cheese and Monterey cheese ! Also used more water , Tony's spicy seasoning , and hot jimmy dean sausage ! They were a hit :)
ttotalandy 6y agoThey were great. Only used flour instead of baking mix but still worked. Also used chilli powder instead of jalepeno and apart from over doing the chilli, they were best meat balls ever!
