Marinate steak slices in Teriyaki Sauce, red wine, garlic, red pepper flakes and cornstarch. Slice the vegetables. Heat large frying pan and add 2 Tbls olive oil. Add carrots, celery, peppers to pan and stir fry till tender crisp. Add green onions and spinach and stir fry for another minute. Remove vegies from pan, add 1 tbls olive oil and beef with marinade to the pan. Stir fry until beef is cooked, add vegies back to pan and stir with beef. Serve over hot cooked rice with soy sauce on the side. Can add red pepper flakes for more spice.
