Extra lean 99% fat free Spicy Gouda Cheese Stuffed Turkey Burger
Ready? Ok, let's begin.
Take your ground turkey and throw it in a bowl. Mix your egg, minced garlic, cayenne pepper, garlic salt, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire saue, salt and pepper, and.. the diced jalapeno(ps if you're using frozen ground turkey, throw some bread crumbs in there to thicken it up). Now, make 6 small patties (I make big burgers but, I'm sure you could probably get 4 burgers if you really wanted to). Sprinkle the gouda cheese on 3 of the patties as cheesy as you want the burger to be. Now, take the 3 leftover patties and place them on top of the patties you cheesed up. Pin them on all sides and makes sure the cheese is crammed in tight. Salt and pepper the patties a little more. You can even throw some garlic salt or cayenne pepper if you want. Throw them in the fridge for about 15-20 and then you're ready to grill. Cook time is about 3-5 on the grill each side. Cheese will be bursting out of them when they're done of course.
Pick a bun you really like, I usually throw alfalfa sprouts, a roma tomato and some fresh pickles on the side. This is my first post but, I have a ton of awesome recipes. If you like my my burger, let me know! I'll throw more stuff up.
