Ready in 1 hour 10 minutes
I created this recipe to use up veggies from our garden. The dressing is based on that used in my Smoky Texas Broil recipe.
In a large bowl with a cover, toss veggies and remaining ingredients. Taste and adjust as desired.
Cover and refrigerate at least an hour before serving.

EricE 7y agoGreat with fresh veggies from the garden. The next time I make it though I will follow the reccomendation of chilling in fridge for at least an hour before serving.
