Steph Mikul's recipe for her spinach artichoke dip
Thaw spinach in the microwave
Dice up the artichokes into smaller pieces
Soften the cream cheese
Mix together all ingredients - add optional items (i.e. grated mozzarella, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, or onion)
Spread into casserole dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese or grated mozzarella on top. Cook on 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
