The use of sharp cheddar in place of a milder cheese gives this dip a "come back for more" taste.

"I added (1) tablespoon of nutmeg and fresh lemon juice (from 1/2 of a lemon). "

1 12-oz can Artichokes; - buttons

Servings

Preparation

Pre heat oven to 350. Place all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Place in covered baking dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until mixture is heated through. Serve warm or chill in refrigerator first.

Notes

I prefer to blend the dip until smooth. If you prefer a more course texture use the "Pulse" setting on the food processor.
