Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil over medium to med high heat in oven proof skillet, set oven on broil. add garlic to hot oil and cook until it starts turning brown.( approx 2 minutes) add spinach, Cajun seasoning, 5 tablespoons of cheese, and andouille sausage. Cook until spinach is hot(4-5 minutes) lightly mix eggs in a bowl and fold into spinach. Top with crumbled bacon and remaining cheese. Cook in oven until eggs are done. Approx 5 minutes
