Spinach pie
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; sauté 30 seconds. Squeeze excess moisture from spinach in a layer of paper towels. Add spinach, cream, salt, and pepper to skillet. Cook 3 minutes. Add cheese and egg to spinach mixture off the heat. Spoon into pie shell. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until browned.
