In a skillet, cooked onion and garlic in oil till tender. Add spinach, Worcestershire, and pepper. Mix well, remove from heat. Spread this mixture over the crust. Top with tomato, then with the cheeses. Bake at 400 for 12-14 minutes, till heated through and cheese is melted.
