2. Arrange the sliced pears on top of the spinach.
3. Sprinkle crumbled Blue Cheese, Dried Cherries, and Candied Walnuts over entire salad.
4.) Drizzle the desired amount of Sweet Italian Dressing over top.
5.) If desired, add salt and pepper to taste
If you would like to make 4 individual servings, assemble on 4 separate plates instead of on 1 large plate.
NOTE: This recipe is also very good with a sweet honey mustard dressing.
