Suggest a better descriptionCook spinach according to package. Squeeze out all liquid. In saucepan, melt butter and saute onion until soft. Add spinach. Add milk, eggs, salt and pepper and stir to combine. Line pie shell with swiss cheese. Pour egg mixture over cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes until eggs are set in the center. Let rest 5 minutes before cutting.
