1/2 c Red Wine Vinegar Salad
1 pt Cherry Tomatoes
10 oz Spinach; 1 Inch Thick
4 oz Feta Cheese; Crumbled
1 c Kalamata Olives; Pitted

Original recipe makes 4



Place the spinach in a salad bowl. Rinse the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half and add them to the salad bowl. Pour the dressing over the spinach and toss gently to coat.
