My grandmother used to make these.
1. In large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
2. Let stand for 5 minutes.
3. Add butter, egg and sugar, mix well.
4. Stir in flour until thorougly combined (batter will be soft).
5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
6. Spoon batter into greased or paper lined muffin cups.
7. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
