All veggies are cutin small strips. Add a little MSG when frying them.
Cook in hot oil (smoking) in a dutch oven & salt as desired. Barely cook. DON'T OVERCOOK, as you will be cooking them again when you fry the spring rolls. Leave the vegetables in the pan about 1 min. DRAIN the grease by putting vegetables in a collander.
Deep fry pork mixture then mix with the vegetables
Cool entire mixture before wrapping.
Roll in wonton wrappers.
Mix flour & water paste & use to seal side; (edges) of the rolls.
Deep fry in HOT GREASE. Again, this should be done in minutes. It should be an in & out method.
