2. Prepare the vegetables
3. Mix all ingredients (except flour and cheese) together
4. Add flour, be sure not to over mix.
5. Place into dish, sprinkle with cheese, bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
You can add/remove veggies as you please, remember to adjust ratios (add extra egg/ flour)
