Cut up squash, cauliflower and artichoke hearts and steam for 30 minutes. After steaming, puree them and place into mixing bowl. Add all of the other ingredients and whisp/mix to desired consistency. Bake on 350 for 30 minutes. (Add chives, sea salt & pepper to taste.)
