Chocolate Brownies
1. Heat oven to 190 degrees/ 170 degrees fan and line brownie tin with greaseprrof paper.
2. Full small saucepan quarter full with water, lay butter and chocolate in heatproof bowl resting on top of saucepan but not touching water. Warm on low heat, stirring until melted.
3. Whisk eggs until pale and fluffy. Add sugar and whisk until thickens. Fold in chocolate mixture and then sieve in flour. Fold until smooth.
4. Pour mixture into tin and bake for 30-35 mins. When you see crust on top, they're done.
5. Cut into 16 squares and leave to cool in tin. They taste better the next day.
