This is a great side dish that goes with any menu.
Open cans of spinach. Add to frying pan (with their water) fry it up. Add garlic and crushed red pepper to your taste. Be careful this could be potent. Fry up till water is gone. When done the spinach would have fried a little looking a bit stringy. Add butter and serve,
