Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350~. Heat the oil in a skillet and saute onion until translucent, about 5 mins. Add garlic and saute one minute. Transfer the onion and garlic into a lg. mixing bowl and add the beef, salt, black pepper, eggs, juice, parsley, and sauce. Mix well. Oil a 12"x8"x2" pan and pour in mixture, molding it into a loaf.
