A flavor combination that is totally addictive. This is my favorite way to eat broccoli, even though usually I'm not a big fan of steamed vegetables. And it's quick to make once the broccoli is chopped.
Boil water in a pan that fits your steamer.
Put the broccoli in the steamer and top with the soy sauce (if using - You won't need to use as much truffle salt if you use the soy sauce), lemon, and black pepper. You can substitute any citrus for lemon, but if using an orange only add a little of the juice.
Steam the broccoli 5 minutes or until cooked to taste.
Sprinkle with truffle salt. Serve with truffle salt in an open bowl to provide truffle aroma.
