A great way to switch things up with a vegetable steamer for a jucy flavorful non greasy burger.
In large bowl combine all ingredients except cheese and mix thoroughly by hand until blended evenly.
Preheat Steamer to full boil with steamer about 25% full of water.
With aluminum foil make a 5x5 inch and 1/2 inch deep tray, poke a hole in the bottom so it wont flood with water during steam process. fill tray with the beef.
Insert trays with meat onto steamer rack and cook on high for 10 minutes. Add Cheese to top of burger within final 2 minutes .
Serve on favorite bread or bun with your choice of condiments
Try to substitute Beer to boil instead of water for a different flavor.
