Try this Steamed Fish With Rice and Pesto recipe, or contribute your own.
Suggest a better description1. Get the fillets, put them on the steam machine fr 20 minutes but not more. White fish is dry and you want it to stay juicy.
2. On the second level of the steam machine put your rice with some water. All the rest which is needed the rice will absorb from the steam. The rice needs around 40 minutes to be ready.
3. Get a 2 tablespoons and arrange the rice in the plate.
4. Place the fillets on top and cover with the pesto.
5. Decorate with olives and basil
Do not overcook the fish. It may become too dry and it won't be delicious.
