Suggest a better descriptionSteam the salmon in a pot with a little water in the bottom for 12 min.
Crumble the salmon and remove the skin.
Combine the eggs and milk and add pepper and salt to taste. Whip for a minute.
Heat the frying pan and melt the butter. Use moderate heat. The pan is ready when the butter stops foaming. Pour the eggs into the pan. Let the bottom set. Lift up the corners of the omelet and tilt the pan, letting the eggs run under the bottom. Let it set until it's smoking from the sides.
Add the salmon, asparagus, dill and cheese on one side. Flip the other part over an serve.
