Another favorite from Martin Yan's cookbook Quick and Easy.
1. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, chile garlic sauce, and sugar in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Drain tofu and cut into 1/2" slices. Place in a wide shallow heat-proof bowl.
3. Place the bowl into anbamboo steamer over boiling water. Steam 3-4 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and spoon out any liquid. Pour the sauce over the top and sprinkle with green onion and furikake. Serve immediately (it cools quickly).
