Corwin26I liked this and so did my weight-watching companions when they came over for a visit! Fast, flavorful and really fun to tweak. None of us really like poppy seed dressing so I used a light dill-mint dressing and let me tell you did that ever make those peaches stellar! I also left out the tomatoes and added some dried cranberries to the mix. TY for the inspiration!3y ago
