This is good.
For the stew: In large pot, saute onions in oil. Add all other listed ingredients above couscous except garbanzo beans. Cook, covered, until chicken and vegetables are tender. Add garbanzo beans. Heat through.
Grain: In large bowl combine couscous, 1 C boiling water and 1 C broth from stew. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
To assemble place couscous in serving dish. Top with chicken vegetable stew.
