4 Green Onions; chopped
1 1/2 ts Garlic salt
2 lb Tomatoes; peeled
1 1/2 ts Sugar
2 tb Butter or margarine

The Good Housekeeping Illustrated Cookbook had this recipe for Cut tomatoes into wedges. In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook green onions 1 minute. I've made this several times using olive oil rather than butter. It's a great recipe.
