Really tasty dish, whole family loves it.
1. Add marinade ingredients into a glass or ceramic dish, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, rice malt syrup, garlic & five spice powder, mix with spoon.
2. Add chicken to dish, turn to coat well.
3. Cover dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight is desired.
4 Preheat oven to 200*C (about 400 degrees F).
5. Heat a frying pan over high heat. Spray with cooking oil (coconut or use non stick pan)
6. Cook chicken, in batches, for 1 minute each side or until golden.
7. Transfer to a baking tray. Brush with marinade.
8.Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until just cooked through.
Serve with your favourite green vegetables.
