11 oz Juice from one can of oranges
Juice of 4 mandarin oranges
1 lb Fillet of beef; sliced strips
2 tb olive oil
4 garlic; finely chopped
2 tb Low sodium soy sauce
1 ts Fresh ginger; finely chopped
3 Green onions; sliced finely, diagonally

How to Prepare Stir Fried Beef: Heat the oil in a wok until smoking. Add the beef and garlic and stir fry for 2-3 minutes for medium rare or until cooked to your liking. Remove the beef/garlic to a bowl. How to Prepare Mandarin Orange Sauce: Add the mandarin juice and soy sauce and ginger to the wok and reduce by half. Add the green onions and cook for 1 minute.
