Barbeque Spareribs
Heat oven to 250 degrees.
Make the barbecue rib rub and generously coat ribs
Place the ribs on a large rimmed baking sheet and tightly cover with foil
Bake until tender (from 2 1/2 hours to 4 hours)
Transfer ribs to grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side (coat ribs with barbeque sauce)
Yield: 2 racks
