"I'm a novice cook, so the simplicity of the ingredients and ease of preparation gets 2 thumbs up! On top of boyfriend said it was the best meatloaf he's ever had. Shhh! Don't tell his mom! I did add about 1-2 tbsp of BBQ sauce along with 1-2 tsp of brown sugar to the ketchup for the glaze just because I've read a few other reviews that used those ingredients. I also used the low sodium Stove Top stuffing and it tasted wonderful. Great recipe overall! Thanks!"

1 1/2 lbs 85% lean ground beef
1 6-oz package Stove top chicken flavored stuffing mix
2 large Eggs
1 cup Heinz Ketchup

Original recipe makes 6 Servings

Mix everything together and pat it down into a 8 x 8 glass bakeware dish/or a loaf pan. Then bake about 45 min in 350 degree F oven

It's easy and tasty meatloaf.

I did this with the suggested 1/2 cup BBQ and 1/2 cup ketchup. Added onion and peppers. It was great. Baked in cast iron.

Not bad. Easy, I liked the idea of using stuffing instead of crackers or bread crumbs.

This meatloaf was amazing. I added half an onion and one celery stalk to sneak in some veggies for my 6yr old and he is in love! Great recipe.

Added in one extra egg, chopped green peppers and onions and substituted BBQ sauce for half of the ketchup. Topped it off with mushroom gravy halfway through baking. Delicious!
