Top-ranked recipe named "Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf"
"I'm a novice cook, so the simplicity of the ingredients and ease of preparation gets 2 thumbs up! On top of that...my boyfriend said it was the best meatloaf he's ever had. Shhh! Don't tell his mom! I did add about 1-2 tbsp of BBQ sauce along with 1-2 tsp of brown sugar to the ketchup for the glaze just because I've read a few other reviews that used those ingredients. I also used the low sodium Stove Top stuffing and it tasted wonderful. Great recipe overall! Thanks!"- picklelover83
Mix everything together and pat it down into a 8 x 8 glass bakeware dish/or a loaf pan. Then bake about 45 min in 350 degree F oven
It's easy and tasty meatloaf.

jwicker425 1 year agoNot bad. Easy, I liked the idea of using stuffing instead of crackers or bread crumbs.
Cherrybomb_f 1 year agoThis meatloaf was amazing. I added half an onion and one celery stalk to sneak in some veggies for my 6yr old and he is in love! Great recipe.
divinesweetz 1 year agoAdded in one extra egg, chopped green peppers and onions and substituted BBQ sauce for half of the ketchup. Topped it off with mushroom gravy halfway through baking. Delicious!
