Suggest a better descriptionCook meat and veggies in skillet, drain, tear bread into cubes and place into greased 13x9. Top with sausage mixture and cheese.
In large bowl whisk eggs, milk, and seasonings. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from fridge 30 min prior to baking. Bake at 35 uncovered for about 35 min or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Let stand 5 min before cutting.
Freezer Instructions: Assemble strata and instead of refrigerating overnight, place in freezer. When ready, thaw and proceed to bake as instructed above.
