very nice beautiful salad .. could make a nice salad for a romantic dinner with a special person

Ingredients

200 grams Strawberries
1 cup Lettuce
1 cup Mixed greens
1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
100 grams Goat Cheese
1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
1 pinch Salt

Preparation

put the lettuce as the base of your dish then add the other mixed greend " Rucola" is good if you have. Cut each strawberry into 4 put on top of the mixed green. cut the goat cheese " could also use goat mozzarella" in a square shape small units and mix together with the strawberry. put pinch of salt olive oil and balsamic vinegar and serve.

all ingredients must be fresh for best presentation.
