Great breakfast crepes with fresh fruit and yogurt.
-Combine flour, sugar, milk, eggs, vegetable oil, and cinnamon. Beat/stir until well mixed.
-Pour mixture into a wide pan (pie pans work well)
-Heat crepe pan and stovetop to medium heat. Let the pan get hot.
-Put light oil on the pan (and lightly reapply after each crepe)
-Quickly dip the hot crepe pan into the mixture and put it on the stove
-After a minute or so, the edges will start to brown, which means the crepe is ready to take off
-Slice bannanas and strawberries and put them in the crepes.
-Put a few spoonfuls of vanilla yogurt in with the fruit, and close the crepe.
-Drizzle strawberry bannana or raspberry yogurt over the crepes.
-Enjoy!
