Try this Strawberry-Banana Smoothie recipe, or contribute your own.
In a blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Add ice as desired. Pour into individual glasses and serve immediately.
NOTE: For that taste of summer, you can't beat a smoothie made with frozen peaches and peach yogurt, but almost any frozen fruit and yogurt can be made into your own special fruit smoothie.
Really terrific flavor. Can be made a little more nutritious with the addition of protein powder and/or vitamin C.
