1. Put 6 strawberries and one tablespoon of water into the blenderr and blitzz till a sauce. Taste it and see if it needs sugar. If so add just a little and taste. Keep going till it is too your liking. Pour into container till needed.
2. Put Philly cheese and sugar into the blender (leave the strawberry residue in there) and blitz until creamy. Scrape down sides and add cream. Wizz again till all mixed. Just a few seconds should do.
3. Thow in four whole strawberries and blitz just enough so they are chunky.
4. Put half in one tea cup and half in another. Smooth it down and pour strawberry sauce all over. Eat straight out or pop in the fride as a SUPRISE! for that loved one :)
