Sweet fruity dessert
Thaw the frozen strawberries.
In a large bowl mash the two bananas and add the canned pineapple with juices, and the frozen strawberries. Mash together to blend well.
In a saucepan boil 1 cup water.
When boiling, dissolve two packages of Jell-O mix into the water, stirring constantly.
Pour Jell-O into large bowl with fruit mixture, stir to mix well.
Pour Half this mixture into a rectangular pyrex dish and refrigerate for 4 hours or until Jell-o sets.
While this mixture is in the refrigerator, cover the remaining jell-o mix with saran wrap and leave out at room temperature.
Take the Sour Cream out of the refrigerator to bring up to room temperature.
When the first layer has set, spread the sour cream over top to cover, like icing.
Pour the remaining Jell-o mix over top of the sour cream and refrigerate until set.
Cut into squares and serve. :)
