Ready in 2 hours 40 minutes
In a medium saucepan, stir together the water and vanilla pudding mix. Heat to a boil. Remove from heat and immediately add the strawberry Jell-O. Stir until dissolved. Set the pan aside and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
Place the strawberries in the bottom of a deep dish pie plate. Pour cooled pudding mixture over the strawberries. Refrigerate until chilled.
sallydanielsmith 3y agoI made this and tasted the pudding and jello as it was cooling and oh my that was good. I used a reduced fat graham crust. The pie was not as sweet as it was when it was cooling. I still loved the pie. Also loved that I could get a BIG piece.
