Layer One:
Combine pretzels, 3 t sugar and butter.
Press in 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 10 min.
Layer Two:
Combine cream cheese, 1/2 c sugar and cool whip.
Spread over cooled baked layer.
Layer Three:
Combine jello and hot water until dissolved.
Add cold water and strawberries.
Stir until mix gels and pour over top.
