Crunchy, sweet and cold jello at it's best.
Mix together sugar, pretzels and melted butter. Press mixture into a 9x13 pan to make a crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Cream softened cream cheese and slowly add powdered sugar. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled pretzel layer. Dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir in strawberries and juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Spread over cream layer. Chill.
