Suggest a better descriptionCombine sugar, flour, salt, and nutmeg. Add fruit, mixing well. Let stand 20 minutes or while putting pie crust together. Spoon fruit into 9-inch pastry-lined plate. Dot with butter. Moisten edge; adjust top crust; flute edge. Bake in hot oven at 400 for about 40 - 50 minutes or till done. Serve slightly warm with ice cream on top.
I usually add the rhubarb and strawberries in equal amounts.
