Great kids snack
Stir sugar into water until dissolved. Set aside
Puree strawberries in a blender or food processor, then use the back of a spoon to press the puree thru a sieve to remove most of the seeds. Stir sugar water into strawberry puree. Mix in lemon juice.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. until well chilled, and then freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturers directions.
