This is great with beef, but chicken or pork change it up a little. Same recipe...different taste!

2 pounds Sirloin Or Flank Steak; cut into strips
1/2 cup Flour
2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
2 medium Onions; sliced into rings
20 fresh Mushrooms; sliced
1 1/2 cups Beef broth
1/4 cup Water
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 cup Sour cream
1/4 cup Flour
4 cups Egg noodles

Original recipe makes 6



Dredge the beef strips in 1/2 cup flour, salt and pepper. Place coated strips in the crock pot. Add onions, mushrooms, broth, water, and worch. sauce. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.

Before serving, boil water and cook noodles as directed.

10 minutes before serving, combine the sour cream and flour thoroughly and add to the stoneware contents. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes. Serve over egg noodles.
