"If you're looking for a squash recipe that isn't drenched in butter and brown sugar this is it. Easy to prepare, this recipe doubles easily. I used ground pork and it came out very tasty. This recipe also reheats well when covered in the microwave."

Simple, healthy and easy; simple to customize if you prefer other seasonings. I made a double recipe with ground pork and left out cinnamon. Next time I'll add walnuts & craisins! Yum :)
