Stuffed cheese noodles
Cook shell noodles half time needed so that they are still a little firm. In bowl mix cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Mix in egg. Add Salt and pepper and garlic as needed. stuff shells with cheese mixture. place on cookie sheet and freeze. once frozen storge in freezer bag. When ready to bake pull out at many noodles as needed. cook in over on 350 till crispy or cover with spaghetti sauce and cook till tender.
